LOCATION DATA - FOR MOBILE APP USERS ONLY

Use of Location Data

We collect location data when you use our mobile app to provide the following services and features:

• Routing and navigation for technicians during service appointments.
• Notifying customers when a technician is en route and providing real-time updates on the technician’s location.
• Optimizing service operations by identifying technician locations in relation to scheduled appointments.

Third Party Processing of Location Data

• We do not share location data with third parties except as required to provide these services or as mandated by law.
• Specifically, the BizzyCar Mobile App integrates with Google Maps API(s) for navigation services.
• Google’s use of location data is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

How We Collect Location Data

• We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors on your device.
• Location data is collected only when the app is active.
• Location data is only collected when you grant the app permission to access your device’s location services.
• You can disable location services for the BizzyCar Mobile App at any time through your device settings; however, doing so may limit the app’s functionality.

We use cookies, including third party cookies, to collect information from you when you visit our website or use our mobile app. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

• Website Operations: Enabling features that are necessary for providing you the services on our website, such as tracking content views, providing website security features, improving website functionality, and remembering your preferences to continually improve it and better serve the needs of our users.

BizzyCar is a U.S. corporation. The servers that support this website are located in the United States.
